Come join the team at Aviator Brew Hub! We are hiring part-time Line Cooks, Taproom Crew, and Kitchen Crew.

At Aviator, we brew beer and craft beverages to connect people with their history, purpose, potential, and others.  We’re more than your next job – we want you to think of us as a place you can connect, grow, have fun, and make a difference!

 

  • Line Cook and Taproom Crew applicants must be 18 years or older.

  • Kitchen Crew applicants must be 16 years or older.

  • Applicants must have terrific people skills and have a heart for community.

  • Experience in hospitality or food service is preferred.

Cutting Lime

Line Cook

Duties include: 

  • Support the Head Chef with meal prep and inventory

  • Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces 

  • Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards

  • Handle, store, and label food properly per ServSafe and Health Code standards

  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, surfaces, and appliances at the end of the shift

Experience and criteria preferred:

  • 18 years of age or older

  •  Previous completion of ServSafe Training

  • One-two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook

  • Demonstrated competence with various cooking methods and procedures

  • Culinary Arts program certificate preferred

  • Weeknight and weekend availability preferred

Kitchen Crew

  • Prepare food orders

  • Bus and wash dishes

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility

  • Work well with a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally

  • ServSafe certification preferred but not required

  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply

  • Weeknight and weekend availability preferred

Serving Beer

Taproom Crew

  • Greet customers and be the guide through self-pour and ordering process

  • Manage food and beverage orders

  • Help customers have best experience possible regarding safety, cleanliness, and engagement

  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility

  • Must demonstrate good math and communication skills

  • Must be able to lift 30lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally

  • Taproom / brewery experience, RAMP certification, and ServSafe certification preferred but not required

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply

  • Weeknight and weekend availability preferred
